With Aozite’s DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Door-to-Door Service, we assume 100% responsibility: air freight booking, customs clearance documentation, payment of local import tariffs and duties, and final courier delivery directly into your factory warehouse receiving dock under a single unified price.

We operate a multi-tier component provenance verification program. Over 90% of active microcontrollers and semiconductors are procured through franchised global master distributors (such as Arrow, Avnet, Future Electronics) or direct tier-1 factory authorized agencies. For spot-market or hard-to-find legacy parts requested by customers, incoming batches undergo rigorous inspection in our testing laboratory: visual microscopy for remarking/blacktopping, solvent de-capsulation testing, pin oxidation analysis, X-ray leadframe inspection, and capacitance/ESR impedance bench verification before entering the SMT placement feed line.

To generate an accurate quotation and DFM assessment, we require: (1) Standard Gerber files (RS-274X or ODB++ format including copper, solder mask, silkscreen, and drill layers); (2) Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format with explicit Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN), approved alternate suppliers, and component reference designators; (3) Pick-and-Place (Centroid / XY coordinate) file; and (4) Functional Circuit Testing (FCT) guidelines with schematic diagrams, firmware flashing procedures, test point voltages, and fixture specifications if turnkey testing is required.

When you select our DDP delivery package, our certified logistics team handles the tariff clearing process in the destination territory. For US clients affected by Section 301 tariffs or European clients navigating localized VAT regulations, we calculate all taxes upfront into your production contract. There are never surprise COD (Cash On Delivery) tariff invoices presented by courier drivers at your facility. All commercial invoices, entry summaries (such as US Customs Form 7501 or EU Single Administrative Documents), and proof of duty payments are made available for your internal accounting audits.

All surface mount and through-hole soldering at Aozite defaults to IPC-A-610 Class 2 workmanship standards, with IPC-A-610 Class 3 or Class 3/A available for medical, aerospace, and high-reliability industrial automation clients upon request.
